Production of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLETS.

The production of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET is a complex process in which each stage is crucial to the quality of the final product. Correct execution of each step allows to move on to the next phase of production. Here are the steps we take to ensure that our LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET is of the highest quality:

  1. Preparation of Raw Material: At our sawmill, we produce planks and scantlings, which we use to make wooden pallets. What remains after sawing the wood (sawdust and shavings) is the raw material for the production of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLETS.
  2. Chipping: Scrap wood from the production of boards and squared timber goes to a chipper, where special knives cut it into small pieces called wood chips.
  3. Mixing: The sawdust and shredded chips (woodchips) produced when sawing the wood are mixed and in the appropriate proportions fed to the production line.
  4. Grinding: The sawdust and shredded wood chips (woodchips) created by sawing the wood are mixed and fed into the production line in appropriate proportions.
  5. Drying: Drying the raw material is a key step, which significantly reduces its moisture content. This increases production efficiency and improves the quality of the finished LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET.
  6. Granulation: The dry mixture is then passed through a granulator. Here special rollers force the raw material into the die. Once the raw material has passed through the dies, the finished pellet is obtained in the form of sticks with a diameter of 6 mm. This stage is critical for optimal density and durability of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET.
  7. Cooling: After production, PELLET LAPWOOD PREMIUM must be properly cooled to achieve its final strength.
  8. Fraction selection: In the next step, the pellets are screened to catch and remove excessively fine fractions, ensuring product uniformity.
  9. Packing: the final step is the automatic weighing and packing of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET into 15 kg polyethylene bags.

Thanks to such a precise production process, LAPWOOD S.C. provides pellets that are characterized by high calorific value, low moisture content and excellent combustibility, which translates into the satisfaction of our customers.

Top quality LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET - protected for all weather.

At Lapwood S.C., we put a tremendous amount of work into the production of LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLETS to ensure the highest quality. We are aware that proper protection of the product from the weather is as important as its production.
Here’s how we make sure our LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET arrives to you in top condition:

  1. Basic Protection – Pallet and Foil: Each batch of LAPWOOD PREMIUM
PELLET is carefully stacked on a pallet. The first layer of protection is the foil, on which we put a cardboard divider. It is this that protects the bags from tearing. The foil on the bottom of the pallet protects the lower bags with PELLET LAPWOOD PREMIUM from moisture.

  2. Protection from the top and sides – Foil Hood: After all the bags are placed on the pallet, the whole is protected with a foil hood. This hood protects PELLET LAPWOOD PREMIUM from precipitation (water, moisture) and harmful UV rays.

  3. Additional side protection – Stretch film: In addition, the sides of the pallet are wrapped with Stretch film, which increases the stability of the cargo and protects it from moisture and other external factors.

We take care of every detail to ensure that our product is safe and retains all its properties until used by the customer. When you choose our LAPWOOD PREMIUM PELLET, you can be sure that you are getting a top quality product, made with your comfort and satisfaction in mind.
